ATLS attends Insurance Week 2018

Insurance Week 2018

Insurance Week was presented on 13, 14 and 15 February as the most significant event in the Spanish insurance industry's calendar. Read about our experience when we went to the IFEMA North Convention Centre for the 25th edition of this important event. We'll tell you!

What does Insurance Week consist of?

It is an annual forum that brings together professionals from the sector to analyse and discuss the current state and future of the industry.

During the three days, attendees were able to benefit from forums analysing a wide range of issues, brokers' meetings and sessions in which sectorial studies were presented, as well as debates on the current situation of the industry, new developments, concerns and opportunities.

The main aim of the event was to promote changes that could improve any aspect of insurance companies and the insurance market. To achieve this, the conference had the cooperation and participation of a variety of experts from important institutions, insurance companies, brokers' associations and service and consultancy firms.

The event had a major repercussion, both digitally via the hashtag #SSEG18, and among those attending in person. The figures speak for themselves: more than 3,000 attendees, some 108 corporate sponsors and more than 700 companies represented.

At ATLS, we jumped at the chance to attend Insurance Week on 13 February, to learn about the current trends of the sector as well as the future of the insurance market. We made various contacts with companies attending, including Aegon and MAPFRE, to whom we explained our translation solutions.

At ATLS we are very aware of the benefits of attending events of this type. They allow us to engage in networking and to keep up to date with the latest trends in each sector, with a view to providing the translation solutions they need.
