Confidentiality of personal data provided by the client
In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December regarding Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December which approves the Regulations implementing this Organic Law and other regulations in force at any time, users of the website who provide their personal data are informed that this shall be added to an automated file duly registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Those affected may exercise their right to access, cancel, rectify and oppose within the terms established by the law, via the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org or the address for notification purposes indicated in the legal notice.
These files will provide the services requested by the user, i.e., the ceding of this data to workers and collaborators of Automatic-Trans, S.L. for processing orders and calculating quotes.
Additionally, by providing your data, you authorise AutomaticTrans, S.L. and its collaborators to contact you by electronic means, both email and telephone, in order to provide you with personalised quotes and to send you commercial information, in accordance with article 21 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society and E-commerce Services (LSSICE). Personal data provided by the user must be accurate and up-to-date, in such a way that it provides a truthful representation of the user's current situation, and they shall otherwise be liable for providing inaccurate data.
If the data provided belongs to a third party, you confirm that you have informed said third party of the aspects contained in this policy and obtained their permission to provide their data to AutomaticTrans, S.L. for the purposes indicated.
Confidentiality of documents
Automatic-Trans, S.L. commits to ensuring the confidentiality of all the texts and personal data of the client for the purposes of translation.
Any information transmitted by the client to Automatic-Trans, S.L. shall be treated with maximum confidentiality. Automatic-Trans, S.L. will not be permitted, without the prior permission from the client, to publicly divulge or notify third parties of said information, excepting the employees and collaborators authorised by Automatic-Trans, S.L. when operational intervention or counsel means knowledge of said information is necessary.
These guarantees shall not be applicable in the case that Automatic-Trans, S.L. is obliged by law to report such information.
Confidentiality of data provided by suppliers and collaborators
The personal data of our collaborators and suppliers (translators, interpreters, graphic designers, consultants, etc.) shall be handled with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with the laws in force on Personal Data Protection. Only information published on our website is communicated to third parties, namely: username, native language, experience and studies. The other information, such as name, surname, date of birth, addresses and telephone numbers, is processed only by Automatic-Trans, S.L. and by its authorised providers (for example, accounting firms, banks, etc.) exclusively for the purposes of the existing collaboration.
