What type of documents do you translate?
We can take care of any file format. Use the quote panel to upload the document and, if it is editable (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), you will receive an immediate quote. If you need to translate a non-editable file (such as PDF, InDesign, etc.), our team will create a quote and send it to you as soon as possible.

What are the differences between the different types of translations on offer?
The Expert option, which is our most requested service, includes translation by a native professional translator with quality control carried out by the project manager. The Premium service goes one step further than Expert, and includes a complete review by a second native professional translator. Our Custom solutions are aimed at companies that need personalised solutions according to their translation needs.
Do you work with companies or individuals?
Our services are for companies only.
Will the original format of the document be maintained?
The original layout of the file will be maintained in all editable file formats (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). To do so, we work with the original document, overwriting the text without changing the style or format. For non-editable files such as scanned images and PDF files, there is a supplementary layout charge.
How can I request a sworn translation?
When filling out the form, you can choose "Sworn translation" from the "Speciality" section.
Is the Project Manager the same person as the translator?
No. The project manager is responsible for managing and coordinating the linguistic project from beginning to end, including the tasks of preparing, supervising and managing all the processes as well as the delivery and subsequent invoicing.
The PM does not translate documents, but they do ensure that the quality is verified once it has been completed and that the documents are delivered on time.
When do I have to pay?
For first orders over the value of €200, we request a 20% advance payment via PayPal, credit card or bank transfer. If the payment is made by transfer, we will start work on the translation once we have received the amount, which may result in a delay to the estimated delivery date. The following orders can be paid in full by bank transfer 30 days from the invoice date having received the translation.
