Withdrawal form!

In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, we inform you that the data obtained from this form will be incorporated into an automated file under the responsibility of AUTOMATIC TRANS, SL, in order to comply with your right of withdrawal pursuant to Act 3/2014 of 27 March, amending the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November.

You can also exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection in writing to our address at Via Augusta 13-15, 2nd Floor, Office 203, 08006, BARCELONA.

Sending this form indicates the formalisation of your right of withdrawal, and as a result, extinguishes the obligation to fulfil the contract entered into between the parties. Once your request has been processed, AUTOMATIC TRANS, SL will send you acknowledgement of receipt via the communication channel you have indicated on the aforementioned form. We remind you that you should keep this as proof of having exercised your right of withdrawal.
