The General Contractual Conditions regulate the remote sales relationship between AUTOMATIC TRANS, SL and the user or client in accordance with legal stipulations, particularly Act 7/1998 of 13 April on General Contractual Conditions, Act 3/2014 of 27 March whereby the recast wording of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users is modified, Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, Act 7/1996 of 15 January on the Organisation of Retail Trade and E-commerce, and Act 34/2002 of 11 July on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.

Automatic TRANS, SL reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate to the general terms and conditions without prior notice. These modifications may be made through its websites, in any form admissible in law and compliance therewith will be obligatory for the time during which they are published on the web and until they are subsequently validly modified. Nevertheless, AUTOMATIC TRANS, SL reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, special contractual conditions in preference to the present general conditions when it sees fit and duly announces them.

The aim of the website is services for the translation of documents, websites and other files.

The duration of the contract will be linked to the completion of the service contracted.

As user or client you expressly declare that you are acquainted with, understand and accept the conditions of use and these general contractual conditions. You likewise declare that you are of legal age and have the necessary legal capacity to access the websites of AUTOMATIC TRANS, SL and to enter into contracts through these.

You must be registered as a web user in order to make an online purchase. You may access the corresponding section to register on the website itself. In accordance with the stipulations of Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data, AUTOMATIC TRANS, SL informs users that personal data obtained during the registration and subsequent purchase process, will be entered in a file for which it is responsible, with the aim of processing these actions by the user and managing subsequent action arising therefrom.

You become responsible for confidentially and responsibly handling the identity and password obtained when registering as a client and may not transfer them to another person. Prices
All services indicate the sales price in euros, and do not include Value Added Tax (VAT).

Any other tax (General Indirect Canaries Tax [IGIC], Ceuta and Melilla Production Services and Importation Tax [IPSI]) will be indicated if applicable.

Costs and service provision
AUTOMATIC TRANS, SL carries out its services in Spain, Europe and worldwide, charging a specific amount in euros, GBP, USD, AUD, CAD, MXN, CHF, NZD, AED, SAR, SGD, CNY, HKD, JPY, RUB and QAR for costs derived from the contracted service.
In any event, the expenses connected with the service contracted will be specified in the corresponding bill.

Payment methods and execution of the service
The client will be able to settle the amount payable by any of the following means.
They must indicate their choice during the purchase process:

VISA or MASTERCARD credit card
All operations that involve the transfer of personal or banking data are carried out in a secure environment, using a server based on standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology. Any information you send us is encrypted before passing through the network.

Likewise, your credit card information is entered directly on the bank's website, in the POS (Point of Sales Terminal) and is not entered, recorded, or stored on any AUTOMATIC TRANS, SL server.

When paying with VISA or MASTERCARD card you will always be asked for the following information: the card number, expiry date, and validation code that coincides with the last 3 figures of the printed number in italics on the reverse of your VISA or MASTERCARD card, thus offering more guarantees of the security of the transaction.

This payment method is only valid on the website.

If the amount of a purchase has been charged fraudulently or unduly using the number of a payment card, the holder will be able to demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such a case, the corresponding debit and refund entries will be made in the accounts of the supplier and of the holder as soon as possible.

However, if the purchase has actually been made by the cardholder and the request for a refund is not the result of the right of waiver or cancellation having been exercised and therefore cancellation of the corresponding debit has been unduly made, the holder will be obliged to compensate AUTOMATIC TRANS, SL for the damage and harm caused as a result of this cancellation.

PayPal
This allows payments to be sent over the Internet safely and conveniently. PayPal's network is based on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards in order to provide a comprehensive real-time payment solution. PayPal offers a service specifically designed for those not happy with traditional payment mechanisms.

AUTOMATIC TRANS, SL undertakes to provide the service within the period of days indicated at the time of placing the order. This deadline will be established bearing in mind the language, the type of translation and the number of words.

The availability of services offered by AUTOMATIC TRANS, SL may vary depending on the service. In the event of non-performance due to unavailability, AUTOMATIC TRANS, SL will notify the customer as soon as it is aware of the situationby email. The time period for this communication will not in any event exceed a maximum of 30 days. AUTOMATIC TRANS, SL may give one of two options: offer the client a similar or higher quality service at no extra charge, or in the event of the customer giving prior notification of justifiable and demonstrable grounds, refund the sums paid for the cancelled service within this same period. In the event of AUTOMATIC TRANS, SL not making this payment within the said time, the purchaser may demand that they be paid double the amount due, without prejudice to their right to be indemnified.

Right of withdrawal, reimbursement of payment and claims
The client will have a minimum of fourteen consecutive days to withdraw, starting from the day the agreement is concluded, without penalty and without giving reasons.

According to the provisions of Article 103 of Act 3/2014 of 27 March, which modifies the consolidated text of the General Law on Rights of Consumers and Users, the provision of services or goods carried out to the consumer's specifications, or which are clearly customised, or which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or can deteriorate or expire quickly, are exempt from any right of withdrawal.

If the client requests that the service provision begins during the period of withdrawal, they will be obliged to deposit the amount proportional to the portion of the service rendered at the date withdrawal is notified, with regard to the purpose of the contract.

Claims
If the customer wishes to file a claim, they can do so by email to info@AT-languageSolutions.com or in person at the AUTOMATIC TRANS, SL office in Via Augusta, 13-15, 2nd floor, office 203, 08006, BARCELONA.

Jurisdiction
AUTOMATIC TRANS, SL also reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal proceedings that it considers relevant for the improper use of its website and content, or for breaching these terms.

The relationship between the user and the provider will be governed by the current laws applicable on Spanish territory. If any controversy emerges the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or approach the normal jurisdiction, complying with standards on jurisdiction and competence in this regard. Trial period of the service

The website translation service, AT Website Translator, features a trial period of one month which is limited to websites.

When the trial period is close to completion, the user will be notified via email. Once the trial period has ended, the user must purchase a plan in order to continue using the website translation service.

The user will not be able to enjoy another trial for the same website once the one-month trial period has ended.
