WHO IS FREMAP?
FREMAP is the largest mutual benefit association, offering coverage to upwards of 4.5 million workers.
It manages and protects benefits for work-related accidents, occupational diseases, non-work-related illnesses and accidents, risk during pregnancy and risk during breastfeeding, benefits to which self-employed workers are entitled when unable to work, financial benefits for the care of minors suffering from cancer or other serious illnesses, etc.
For this purpose, it has an organisation comprising 8 hospitals and over 200 healthcare centres nationwide.
OUR CHALLENGE
As a result, it needed to have a website translated into all of Spain's official languages: Spanish, Catalan, Basque, Galician and Valencian; as well as English. Having a website with dynamic content, which is updated almost daily, meant that the company needed a way to identify and instantly translate content generated in a single language (in this case, Spanish). Therefore, it required a dynamic system that was automated in terms of sending texts and translation DTP. In addition, it is important to note that the subject area focuses on health, mutual associations and occupational risk prevention, so the translation involves a significant degree of specialisation.
